秋田県小坂町のアカシア祭りに参加してきました。
初日まだ、開店早々ののんびりとした雰囲気の中での１コマ。
初日は、小雨が降っていて、お客さんの出も少なく、やや拍子抜け。
必死の呼び込みにも、反応はいまいち (^_-)-☆
しかし、これが二日目の大誤算を生む元となってしまいました。
この日が、焼き方としてデビューとなった主宰も、余裕の笑顔。
雨で足元が悪く、長靴を履いて参戦。
我がバラ焼き店でしか買えない、「十和田バラ焼きのタレ」
二日目、心配していた雨も上がり、人出も初日の５～６倍？
初日の落ち込みを挽回しようと、チーム一丸となっての、売り込みと焼き作業。
目の回るような忙しさで、写真撮影もままならず・・・(^_^;)
次回は，６月13日(土)岩手県盛岡市でのカワトク「第12回青森、八戸味めぐり」への出店予定です。
